Delivery & policies

How you receive your order

Choose pickup at iDesign Studio, taxi delivery within Thimphu or delivery to a configured Dzongkhag. Delivery charges apply and appear separately before you place an order.

Payment and reservations

Stocked items are reserved for 24 hours. Bank transfers and QR payments require staff verification. Cash is available for studio pickup. Equipment payment and delivery terms are specified in its approved quotation.

Returns, warranty and purchase terms

The store is in a private pilot. Approved return, cancellation, refund and warranty policies will be published before real orders are accepted.
